Glass Garden -- Clearance - $75

A garden of glass flowers adorns the pendant of this necklace. Glass flowers aren't something that naturally occur on Earth, of course, but if Neil Gaiman's "Stardust" is to be believed, you can find them in faerie realms.

The focal bead in this necklace is made by Ann Scherm Baldwin; it's an attractive barrel shape with an assortment of flowers decorating it. I especially like the sculpted blue and white flower, it's quite unusual and is what made me decide to buy this particular bead.

I didn't stop with a nice lampworked bead, however! It was only the springboard for a creation full of gorgeous beads! I'm particularly fond of the sterling silver beads with the raised floral designs, and the vintage light sapphire Swarovski crystals. There's also blue opal Czech glass to match the flowers, sterling spacers and caps, and little Czech glass rounds in a variety known as art glass: blue, magenta and green swirled in clear, the perfect garden colors!

This is the perfect Spring necklace! It has enough different colors in it to go with almost everything, and the floral theme is sure to brighten your day.

Glass Garden measures 19" long. It fastens securely with a sturdy sterling silver S hook clasp, with a raised decorative pattern. All findings are sterling silver.

On clearance. Was $125, now $75.
